Current Activities Currently, Divine Word Missionaries (SVD) is involved in environment issues forming young people, families and Community in land restoration issues Creating opportunities for young peasant youths to be trained as professional technical in land development courses by creating a technical college called San Pedro Apostol, district of San Pedro del Parana, in the province of Itapua. Currently Im the Principal of another agricultural college called Centro Educative Familiar Agricola, district of Curuguaty in the province of Canindeyu. In their zone many youth no longer feel attracted to working on land. Through rural training, the young women and men the organization restore hope in rural areas. Advise and accompanying of the rural families and organizations in the Provinces of Canindeyu, and Misiones before government agencies to fight for their rights to land, registering of their organizations Training of leaders on strategies of lobbying, conflict relation and income generating projects Training community leaders on the importance of organization In Future The organization hlocal rural organizations, Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, local and provincial governments. The organization is still looking for a development partner to support us. Currently at CEFA, the organization only receive students after they finish 9th grade. The organization wish to introduce and implement the programme of IPA (Professional Initiation to Agriculture training rural youth focusing on the ages of grade 7 , 8 and. Opening another stream will give many young students (boys and girls) opportunity to train as agricultural extention personnel as well as stewards of Gods creation. Lack sufficient financial resources to support initiatives of land management issues. No existent public policy perspective obliging governemnt to deal with land management issues. 3.Dealing with cooruption in the proces of looking forlegal papers. Dealing with illeteracy.

ChristianityIn Santa Rosa del Monday, Alto Paran, Paraguay, their congregation owns and manages land including the church property and a community space where the organization host youth gatherings and events. Many families in their faith community also have farmland that needs reforestation to meet the national requirement of preserving 25% native forest. The organization could being restoring hundreds of hectares in Santa Rosa. What the organization need is coordination, technical support, and encouragement to start acting together. The organization is also exploring collaboration with local municipalities to restore public spaces, protect water sources and plant native trees in parks and along roads. Some of these areas are familiar from past youth activities and could become key spaces for environmental action. Cultural resistance is also a factor, as many farmers rely on demanding agricultural models and feel criticized without being understood.
